Who can enter the promotion?
The promotion is open to eligible Stratco Trade and Retail Account Customers operating in South Australia and Queensland.
When does the promotion start and finish?
Entries open at 12:01am on 28 September 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 17 December 2026.
How do I qualify for an entry?
An authorised representative of an Eligible Customer must purchase 20 or more Stratco Fascia Brackets in a single transaction during the Promotional Period.
How many Entry Cards can I receive?
The number of unique entry cards you receive depends on the number of Stratco Fascia Brackets purchased in a single Qualifying Transaction:

Where will I receive my entry cards?
Your promotional entry card containing your unique QR code will be provided with your order of Stratco Fascia Brackets.
How do I enter?
Scan your unique QR code and follow the prompts to the online entry page. You’ll need to provide the requested details, including your Eligible Customer’s details, your full name, business email address and contact number, accept the Terms & Conditions and submit your entry.
Can I enter more than once?
Yes. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is submitted separately and in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. Each unique entry card can only be used once.
Can I use the same QR code more than once?
No. Each unique entry card can only be used for one entry. Any unrecognised or previously used codes will be invalid.
What happens after I submit my entry?
You’ll be notified instantly online whether you are a provisional winner of an Instant Prize. Regardless of whether you win an Instant Prize, all valid entries are automatically entered into a second chance major draw.
What Instant Prizes can I win?
There are 484 Instant Prizes available, including:
- 242 × $50 Dan Murphy’s Gift Cards
- 122 × $100 BCF Gift Cards
- 73 × $150 Supercheap Auto Gift Cards
- 47 × $200 JB Hi-Fi Gift Cards
There is a 1 in 3 chance of winning an Instant Prize.
Who receives an Instant Prize if I win?
The Instant Prize will be awarded directly to the person who submitted the entry on behalf of the Eligible Customer.
What is the Second Chance Major Draw Prize?
One valid entry will be drawn to win a $2,500 Virtual Visa Gift Card. The Second Chance Major Draw Prize will be awarded to the Eligible Customer.
When will the Second Chance Major Draw take place?
The Second Chance Major Prize will take place on 18 December 2026 at 10:00am AEDT.
How will I know if I’ve won the Second Chance Major Draw Prize?
The Second Chance Major Draw Prize winner will be notified by email within seven days of the Second Chance Major Draw. The winner will also be published online, including the Eligible Customer’s name and postcode, on 31 December 2026.
What proof of purchase do I need to keep?
You must retain your original purchase invoice(s) and the entry cards containing your unique QR codes for all entries. The Promoter may request these as proof of purchase. Failure to provide them when requested may result in your entries being invalidated.
What happens if my purchase is cancelled?
Any purchases made by an Eligible Customer that are subsequently cancelled will be deemed invalid.
What happens if I have overdue payments with Stratco?
To be eligible to claim a prize, you must remain within the Promoter’s trading terms and have no overdue monies owing as at 11:59pm AEDT on 17 December 2026.
When do I need to claim my prize?
Original winners must claim their prize by 5:00pm AEDT on 29 January 2027. Any unclaimed prizes will be subject to an unclaimed prize draw, with those winners required to claim by 5:00pm AEDT on 14 March 2027.
Can I exchange my prize for cash or another prize?
No. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. Gift card redemption is also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant gift card issuer.
Why should I add your email address to my Safe Sender or Recipient list?
Some email providers, such as Microsoft Outlook and Hotmail, can occasionally block or filter automated email, even when they are legitimate and not considered spam. This can sometimes prevent important emails from reaching your inbox. To ensure you receive important updates about your entry, including prize notifications and claim instructions, we recommend adding our email address, [email protected], to your Safe Sender or Safe Recipient list. This helps your email provider recognise our messages as trusted and reduces the chance of them being blocked or sent to your junk folder, and helps ensure you receive any prize notification or claim email without delay.
